I have always had a great love for babies and loved to hold them and be around them every chance I got. As I grew older, I became fascinated with hearing stories of birth and learning about pregnancy. This interest led me on a search to discover what I could do to help families during pregnancy and the early years of a child's life. I read up all I could find on the role of a doula and decided that is what I had to do! As a doula, I am passionate about serving women and their families in a holistic way. Providing emotional, physical, and educational support to laboring mothers. I believe if a woman receives sufficient support during labor and the postpartum period, her child too will feel loved and grow up happier and healthier.

I received my birth doula training from DONA International and am currently working on my certification. With all the options parents have, it is my desire to help families make informed choices about their birth.

My hobbies include cross-stitching, getting coffee with friends, cooking, and exploring new places!
